The results are in! Following the conclusion of the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2026 survey, iWorkinSport is delighted to begin revealing this year’s most admired organisations—starting with one of the most anticipated categories: Football Clubs.
As the world’s most popular sport, football attracts exceptional talent both on and off the pitch. For professionals aspiring to build a career in the game, the reputation, culture and global reach of a club can make it an especially desirable place to work.

Fourteen organisations retain their places from the 2025 shortlist, while six names join or return to the Top 20: Como 1907, Internazionale Milano, Monaco, Napoli, New York City FC and Tottenham Hotspur.
They replace LA Galaxy, Los Angeles FC, Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique Marseille, Roma and Sevilla.
The shortlist comes from the Most Attractive Employers in Sport survey, a global study conducted by iWorkinSport. Sport professionals and students were invited to identify the organisations where they would most like to work, selecting their preferred employers across different sectors of the sports industry.
The positions shown above are alphabetical and do not represent the final ranking. The complete results—including the order of the Top 20 football clubs—will be unveiled at the Most Attractive Employers in Sport Awards ceremony on 16 October 2026.
Stay tuned as we reveal the shortlists from the other categories over the coming weeks.
