Top 10 Overall – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

After unveiling the top organisations across ten industry categories, we now reach the most prestigious list of all: the Top 10 Overall Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025.

This exclusive ranking reflects the ultimate dream employers in the global sports industry - the organisations that professionals across all disciplines, geographies, and experience levels most aspire to work for. To appear here means standing out not only within a specific sector, but across the entire landscape of sport.

The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, at the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony held at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.

The shortlist includes a dynamic mix of employers from across the sport ecosystem - sporting goods giants, governing bodies, a global club, a league, and two of the most influential sports marketing agencies. It also reinforces the power of brand recognition, global reach, and purpose-driven leadership in shaping employer appeal.

The list was derived from the global iWorkinSport survey, which asked professionals working (or aspiring to work) in sport: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

Respondents voted in category-specific lists, then identified a single organisation as their “Employer of their Dreams.” The organisations most frequently selected form the Top 10 Overall.
