Top 10 Media & Broadcast Companies – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

The Top 10 phase of the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 continues, and today we spotlight a category making its debut in the rankings this year: Media & Broadcast.


These companies are responsible for shaping how sport is seen, heard, and experienced around the world. From live coverage and highlight reels to investigative journalism and digital storytelling, they connect fans to the action - and offer exciting, fast-moving career opportunities for professionals in sport media, content, production, and strategy.


The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.


This year’s Top 10 includes a mix of global broadcasters, prestigious national media outlets, and digital-first disruptors. From a regional perspective, six companies are based in Europe, while four are headquartered in the United States or the Middle East, showing the international pull of media brands in sport.


The shortlist was selected based on the global iWorkinSport survey, which asked sport industry professionals:

“If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

More about The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

The 2025 survey was conducted from 1 February to 15 March, gathering 1,148 responses from professionals of 65 different nationalities, living in 57 countries. A highly qualified sample, 91% of respondents hold at least a bachelor’s degree, with 65% having completed postgraduate education. Notably, 93% of participants already work in sport.
