Why Attend the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair?
The iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair is the first international career fair dedicated exclusively to the sports industry. This unique event brings together elite sports organisations, top-tier candidates from leading sports management programmes, and experienced sports business professionals seeking new career opportunities.
Participating sports organisations will post job openings in advance, allowing candidates to apply beforehand. Recruiters will review applications and schedule interviews with selected candidates. Even if you are not pre-selected, you will still have the chance to meet recruiters and potentially secure interviews during the Job Fair.
Over the years, the event has welcomed leading governing bodies, global sports companies, and prestigious brands from across the industry - and the 2026 edition promises to be no different.
Past recruiting companies include FIFA, UEFA, the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Manchester City FC, Juventus FC, adidas, Puma, Infront Sports & Media, SPORTFIVE, FIBA, Volleyball World, and many others. Confirmed organisations for 2026 will be announced shortly.
What to expect across two days:
- Day 1 – Friday 16 October: VIP Workshops & VIP Dinner, including the Most Attractive Employers in Sport Awards — exclusive to Exhibitors and Academic Partners.
- Day 2 – Saturday 17 October: The Job Fair - open to all delegates.
