iWorkinSport Partners with Football Access Summit to Host First Regional Sports Job Fair in Cairo

iWorkinSport, the global career platform dedicated to the sports industry, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Football Access Summit to host its first regional sports Job Fair, taking place in Cairo, Egypt, on 6–7 February.

The Job Fair will be fully integrated into the main Football Access Summit programme, marking a significant milestone in both organisations’ shared ambition to improve access to careers and professional opportunities within football and the wider sports ecosystem.

A Dedicated Job Fair at the Heart of Football Access Summit

Held at the ZED Park, in Cairo, the Football Access Summit brings together football leaders, investors, innovators, clubs, brands, and institutions from across the region and beyond. The addition of a dedicated Job Fair - powered by iWorkinSport - introduces a strong career and talent-development dimension to the event.

The initiative is designed to connect aspiring professionals, students, and young executives with organisations that are actively recruiting for roles in sport. Participants will be able to explore real job opportunities, engage directly with recruiters, and apply for positions during the event.

Organisations Recruiting and Scouting Talent

The following organisations will be present at the Job Fair to scout talent and promote current job opportunities:

  • New Giza Sports Club
  • Right to Dream
  • El Qalaa El Hamraa
  • AIMZ
  • ESLSCA University
  • Edita
  • Lipton
  • Red Bull

Together, these organisations represent a broad spectrum of the sports industry - from clubs and academies to universities and global consumer brands - offering diverse career pathways for attendees.

Career-focused Workshop

As part of the summit’s official programme, João Frigerio, Founder and CEO of iWorkinSport, will host a dedicated career workshop titled Kick Start Your Sports Career – Jobs, Skills and Global Opportunities”. The workshop will take place on Saturday, 7 February, at 15h15 (local time).

The session will provide practical insights into the sports job market, the skills most in demand by employers, and how young professionals can access global career opportunities in the industry.

Strengthening Access to Careers in Sport

By partnering with Football Access Summit, iWorkinSport continues to expand its mission of democratising access to sports careers, bringing employers and talent together through high-impact, in-person activations.

The Cairo Job Fair represents a first regional step in this direction - and a clear signal that careers, skills, and employability are becoming a central pillar of major sports business events worldwide.
