Sportcarriere to Lead the Recruiters’ Workshop at the iWorkinSport Job Fair 2024

iWorkinSport is proud to announce that Sportcarriere, the pioneering sports recruitment firm, has been named the 2024 iWorkinSport Job Fair’s Recruiters’ Workshop Presenter.

The workshop is aimed at the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professionals who will be attending the iWorkinSport Job Fair, and it creates an opportunity for them to share knowledge and learn from each other.

The workshop serves as a forum for recruiters from sports organizations and representatives from sports management programmes around the world to exchange on topics related to job market trends, in-demand skills, sport career preparation, hiring processes, recruitment, retention and a variety of other topics relevant to Talent Acquisition and HR across the sports business landscape.

The session will take place at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland, on June 4th - the eve of the actual job fair.

The workshop will include representatives from some of sports’ biggest organizations including the International Olympic Committee, FIBA, adidas, CAF (African Football Confederation), Infront Sports & Media, TEAM Marketing, and others.

Joao Frigerio, iWorkinSport founder and CEO, said: “We are delighted to have SportCarriere as this year’s Recruiters’ Workshop Presenter. We first connected last year, when they joined as one of our recruitment partners, and since then, we have identified many synergies and started to collaborate, strategically, in various fronts. So much that for the first time, we will also co-host an online Recruiters’s Workshop a few weeks before the job fair. With that we hope to add even more value to the professionals attending the job fair, but also serve those who won’t be able to attend in person.”

Alain Ghibaudo, founder and CEO of Sportcarriere said: “We are very happy to join forces with Joao and iWorkinSport for the second year. Sportcarriere is thrilled to be part of this meaningful event and have the opportunity to share valuable insights with recruiters from World Class organizations and meet the best talents of the market. We can’t wait to be part of it and looking forward to early June”.
