In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Charlie manages the ECA Administration and, together with ECA's Chairman, Executive Board and senior leadership team, works hand in hand with ECA’s members and key stakeholders on a wide range of strategic, commercial and political matters concerning the development of club football across Europe.
He joined ECA in November 2018 with a background of international executive experience at the intersection of sports, media and technology. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer of Supponor, a sports media-tech company, he played a transformational role in bringing augmented reality technology to the global sports industry. Prior to that, Charlie spent over a decade in strategy consulting roles across the media, entertainment and communications sectors.
