Born in Australia, Nick knew that sport was going to be his career path from an early stage, which is proven by the degree in Sport and Event Management from Griffith University in Queensland. Upon completing his studies, Nick worked in Australia, in roles related to publishing and running sports events, including working on two of Australia’s leading golf and tennis tournaments. He then decided to move to London, over 10 years ago, when he joined SportsPro Media, working his way to Managing Director after just over 2 years with the company.
Nick has extensive knowledge and experience in the management and running of sports-related media businesses. He has produced leading digital platforms serving the international sporting world, with a specific focus on content for international rightsholders, broadcasters, agencies and sponsors. Recently, the focus of his work has been developing SportsPro into a 360 media and events business, and alongside that, advising stakeholders in the sports industry on how to tackle the broadcasting and digital revolution.
Nick also sits on the board of the British Volleyball Federation as a Senior Independent Director and is a Level 2 volleyball coach.
