Your Mission

• Executive Support and Preparation: Optimize our Co-CEO's daily rhythm to ensure they are positioned in the right meetings, fully briefed, and focused on top-tier strategic and operational priorities.
• Executive Writing and Communications: Serve as the primary pen for our Co-CEO. You will draft highly polished personal emails, organizational communications, and key presentation materials, capturing and projecting the executive voice with absolute precision and warmth.
• Follow-Up and Operational Continuity: Attend critical meetings alongside our Co-CEO to capture decisions, drive post-meeting action items to completion across the business, and represent our Co-CEO's priorities when they are unable to attend.
• Partnership with the Director, Office of the Co-CEOs: Work in lockstep with the Director, who leads the Co-CEO’s strategic agenda.
• Operational Orchestration: Collaborate closely with the broader executive team to streamline organizational complexity, resolve operational bottlenecks, and align workflows.
• Organizational Pulse-Sensing: Act as a key culture carrier across the organization, sensing the pulse of our global headquarters and proactively bringing relevant insights and feedback to our Co-CEO's attention.
• Leadership Team Alignment: Collaborate with the broader executive support and leadership enablement teams to streamline organizational complexity, resolve operational bottlenecks, and align weekly workflows.
  
  

Your Story

• Experience Baseline: 6+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of thriving in fast-moving, high-growth scale-ups, founder-led brands, or innovative consumer environments. You have successfully navigated operational complexity, built structured workflows from scratch, and maintained high performance amid rapid organizational shifts.
• Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional business intelligence, structured problem-solving capabilities, and the analytical depth required to navigate complex global agendas.
• Elite Communication & Copywriting: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to capture a specific executive voice and draft highly precise, warm, and professional copy.
• High-Touch Organization & Agility: Meticulous attention to detail, flawless project management skills, and the agility to thrive and maintain structure in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment.
• Diplomacy and Relationship Navigation: Deep professional maturity, absolute discretion, and the ability to influence, align, and build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization, acting as a genuine culture bearer.
• Uncompromising Drive & Engagement: High personal energy, proactive motivation, and enthusiasm for the role, with a strong focus on enabling leadership and driving organizational unity.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; professional-grade proficiency in German or Swiss German is highly valued.
