Based in Shenzhen, this role will support the day-to-day running of CFG China. Working closely with the China CEO and colleagues across the business, you will bring together office management, HR administration and executive support to help create an enabled, and efficient working environment.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of CFG China’s day-to-day operations, providing support that keeps the office running effectively. You will combine office management, HR administration and executive support to support colleagues and the working environment.

Day to day, you will manage diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence for the China CEO, while supporting onboarding, employee queries and benefits administration. You will also oversee office operations, working with suppliers and service partners.

Alongside this, you will contribute to projects and cross-functional work that support the wider Club, using your judgement, organisation and discretion to deliver practical support across a range of initiatives. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking on accountability and takes pride in helping people and processes work well together.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a similar role that combines office management, executive support and HR administration.

Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Skilled in administration and using Microsoft Office tools.

Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work confidently suppliers and service partners.

A highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt positively when plans or workloads change.
