Job Description
The ATP Tour is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Athlete Marketing to support delivery of athlete-focused marketing and commercial initiatives across ATP.
This role plays a key part in enabling ATP’s athlete-first approach by ensuring player data, insights, and brand initiatives are delivered consistently and leveraged effectively across various departments. The Coordinator will support the execution of player marketing initiatives, help maintain high-quality athlete data, and contribute to projects that elevate player visibility and commercial impact.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, this role offers hands on exposure to athlete brand development, data-driven decision making, and global sports marketing operations. It is well suited to someone looking to build a strong foundation within athlete marketing at a leading international sports organisation.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Athlete Data & Intelligence
- Manage and maintain player audience, social, and bio data across ATP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver clear, timely, and actionable insights to support athlete marketing initiatives and commercial decision making.
Athlete Brand & Commercial Support- Support the development and execution of athlete-focused marketing initiatives and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to player brand-building projects that support partner activations and ATP.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure athlete marketing initiatives align with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination- Act as day-to-day coordinator for assigned athlete marketing initiatives supporting timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Support finance related processes for athlete marketing projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to support consistent execution.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the athlete marketing team to ensure projects run smoothly.
Skills & Competencies- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, including reporting, tracking, and insight generation.
- Sound commercial awareness with exposure to marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships environments.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working across teams and functions.
- A passion for sports marketing is essential; experience supporting athlete brand development or player marketing is a plus.
Additional Information:- Travel: This role may require international travel up to 20% of the year
