We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Athletes Management Specialist to support the management and execution of athlete and sponsorship partnerships. The role will focus on relationship management, operational coordination, and contractual support, ensuring seamless execution of athlete programs and full compliance with internal guidelines.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with professional athletes, influencers, and internal stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and partnership value within our Training & Combat strategy.

It could be based either in Carpi, Modena (Italy) or London (UK).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the identification, recruitment, and management of professional athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors aligned with the Company’s brand strategy.
• Support the contact between the Company and athlete partners, supporting daily communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with the Athlete Manager to align objectives, deliverables, and timelines across athlete partnerships.
• Support the development and execution of athlete marketing and activation strategies and coordinate athlete activities
• Track and monitor athlete performance, deliverables, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support end-to-end sponsorship and athlete agreement processes, including contract preparation, review, execution, and archiving.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to manage contractual, legal, and financial aspects of sponsorship agreements.
• Monitor contractual compliance and performance metrics, flagging risks or issues when needed.
• Maintain and update a centralized contract database, managing renewals, expirations, and payment timelines.

SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in athlete management, talent management, influencer marketing, or sponsorship roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for sports, athletes, and brand partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance).
• Fluent English (mother tongue or professional proficiency); Italian is a plus.
