
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Team Sports Marketing Specialist to be based in London, UK.
As Team Sports Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping Red Bull’s impact in UK team sports. You’ll support the planning, organisation and execution of our football and rugby portfolio in order to win the hearts and minds of sports fans up and down the country. The role involves working closely with various departments within Red Bull UK to ensure strong visibility of these partnerships. You’ll also develop close working relationships with the entire team sports portfolio and work with the relevant teams to achieve our partnership objectives.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Project Planning & Execution
Support the day-to-day planning and delivery of the UK Team Sports portfolio. Coordinate yearly projects and ensure they are executed on time, on budget, and in line with Red Bull brand standards. Provide on-site support at events, games, film/photo shoots, and consumer activations. Manage the delivery of all contractual rights and maintain accurate usage tracking. Plan and execute game day promotions, in-stadium activities, and special events that enhance the fan experience, collaborating with other departments for maximum impact. Provide regular reports and insights into teams performance and Red Bull visibility.
Teams/Club Communication
Build strong relationships with the various teams at the clubs ensuring they are aware of, and are delivering on, our partnership objectives. Facilitate regular status calls/reports with the teams to keep on track of contractual rights and to understand any marketing opportunities. Work with the teams to deliver marketing activations, in and around the stadium.
Creativity & Ideation
Develop and execute new, unique, disruptive ideas and formats that elevate the teams and the Red Bull brand. Drive "sport-changing" projects that combine performance, culture and storytelling.
Internal Relationship Building
Collaborate with Brand to execute and implement bespoke marketing assets. Partner with Field Marketing to deliver local consumer/fan activations across our Team Sports portfolio. Build strong relationships with Media Network to plan and produce engaging content from football and rugby activations and projects. Coordinate with Sales to maximise brand visibility and product availability both in and within close proximity to our stadiums.
Tickets & Hardware
Manage ticket requirements across the business. Manage hardware requests from the teams. Explore new opportunities for hardware from a functional and visibility perspective.
Insights & Opportunities
Track and analyze market and cultural trends within team sports. Provide recommendations on new opportunities and innovative ways Red Bull can lead and disrupt in team sports.
