Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the coordination and execution of ASICS' partnership programmes across the region. In this role, you'll drive the strategic framework for evaluating and managing commercial partnerships, whilst ensuring seamless governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all partnership initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver successful partner onboarding, training, and performance management that aligns with ASICS' strategic objectives.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Manage the partnership framework and evaluate target partners to ensure alignment with ASICS' strategic objectives.
• Establish programme governance structures and reporting mechanisms whilst implementing project standards and best practices.
• Lead training sessions to drive adoption of the partnership business model across teams and regions.
• Coordinate new account submissions and contract renewals to support business growth and continuity.
• Monitor key performance indicators including financial, contractual, technical and operational metrics to ensure programme success.
• Manage issue escalation and resolution processes to maintain smooth partnership operations.
• Ensure partner compliance with ASICS operating standards and lead annual Partner Programme reviews.

• 5-6 years of Project and Programme Management experience.
• Fluent English and proficiency in other relevant languages.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
