PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Events Specialist (Sports Events) at Red Bull will develop and execute strategic plans for high-impact sports events, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and delivering exceptional experiences. They will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively manage budgets and resources to optimize costs while maintaining high standards. This role requires meticulous criteria, structure, planning, innovative problem-solving, and a focus on seamless event execution and post-event analysis.

The Events Specialist will mainly plan the Events Strategy with the Sprots Manager and lead the day to day operations of the Red bull Events Car and the Supported Events. They must have communication with local , regional and HQ teams around Sports events related topics as well as supporting the Sports Manager in the planning and execution of Own Red Bull events. They will also monitor control the execution of partnerships alongside with the Marketing team.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: PLANNING OF RED BULL SUPPORTED EVENTS Organize and manage the Red Bull Events Car calendar throughout the year national wide in alignment with the different areas of the company. Decide & priotize which third party events will be supported according to the brand guidelines and priorities. Coordinate with the marketing team the Red Bull Events Car support within own events according to the Marketing calendar. Constant communication with ON & OFF premise teams for Red Bull Events Car support in sales activations or business needs. Travel to relevant events when needed. Negotiate brand positiioning in supported events relevant to the brand's strategy.

EVENTS EXECUTION AND COORDINATION Support the end-to-end planning and execution of sports events with high professionalism and premium quality, from initial concept development to post-event analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and agencies to ensure seamless event delivery. Support the execution of Third Party Events relevant to the brand’s strategy Lead the Events Car Program allowing the brand to get closer to consumers in key playgrounds around the market.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including athletes, sponsors, partners, federations, leagues, and community organizations. Negotiate with partners that add value to our events and manage their relation from the negotiation to the end result and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications. Constant communication with local , regional and HQ teams around Sports & events related topics.

LOGISTICS AND RISK MANAGEMENT Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management. Develop risk management plans to address potential challenges and ensure the safety and security of all participants and attendees. Support the Sports Manager in the planning and execution of Own Red Bull events Define KPIs Define Calendar & timings Project management Budget Control

BUDGET AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to optimize costs and secure favorable terms. Support and control the execution of partnerships alongside with the Marketing team as well as delivering reports.

ATHLETES SUPPORT Support Sports manager in daily athletes’ affairs and specific projects. Support Sports manager in organising events by taking over defined parts of bigger projects and carrying out small fire events on their own.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 2-3 years of experience in organizing large events and marketing in the sports industry (desirable), events or sports marketing agency, sport institution or federation.
  • Sports-minded and aware of the latest developments in the sports/events industry
  • Demonstrable BTL experience in successfully managing projects and/or events.
  • Relevant contacts in the sports and events industry
  • Profficient in English B2-C1 and the use of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • This role requires to work on some weekends and be accountable for supervising events during the weekends.
