YOUR TASKS AT A GLANCE
- You bring people together: Whether it's a sports club, association, or company – you ensure that our talent is deployed exactly where it's needed.
- You make events unforgettable: From match days to major events – you take over project management for our staff and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- Numbers? You've got them covered: You create tailored offers, handle invoicing, and always have a clear overview.
- You are our communication hub: Whether it's the team, clients, or service providers – you keep everyone informed and know how good collaboration works.
- Excel is your playing field: You create calculations, analyze invoices, and are adept at navigating spreadsheets.
WHAT YOU ALREADY BRING
- Experience in project management and/or the event industry
- Confident demeanor in (client) conversations
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
- You communicate confidently in German and English
