Meent is supporting Blackroc in the recruitment of its Sales Manager on a permanent contract.

Role

Blackroc is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead the development of its high-end clientele. Acting as a true brand ambassador, this person will play a key role in the club’s growth, building strategic connections with a demanding clientele and premium partners.

With strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and an affinity for the world of luxury sport, the Sales Manager will embody the image and values of Blackroc in every interaction.


Missions & Responsibilities

As the driving commercial force of the club, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing a high-end clientele (approx. 85% of your time), primarily in B2B:

  • Private clients
  • Corporate clients
  • 5-star hotels
  • Business clubs
  • Communication agencies (for partnerships, team-building, venue hire, photo shoots)

This diverse, international, and premium clientele will be developed through the promotion and sale of Blackroc’s exclusive training packages and personalized coaching programs.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Organizing visits and personalized presentations (5%)
  • Ensuring client follow-up and satisfaction (5%)
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic partnerships (5%)


Profile Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role
  • Proven “hunter” mindset and ability to conquer new markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Existing network in the premium sports and/or luxury sectors
  • Versatility, eloquence, and strong sense of service
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and results-driven
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus

Salary: Based on profile and experience (fixed + variable)
