We're looking for a Fitness Content & Operations to help Buddyfit continue to expand in the online fitness market in Italy and Spain.
In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with our personal trainers, set up the content strategy for the App (classes and programs), and insights to offer on our platform. You will be responsible of managing fitness classes for what concerns the Italian and Spanish Market.
We need people with passion, motivation, creativity, and a strong attitude to achieve our challenging and rapidly evolving daily tasks. You will be required to recognise and come up with innovative solutions, be proficient in problem-solving, be able to defend your strategic decisions, and exercise autonomy in your execution.

Here’s what you will take care of
- Manage the organisation and strategy of the Fitness Content production for the Italian and Spanish market, it includes: set up the strategy and plan the release of the contents, schedule the recordings of the classes, organise the transfers, contract the personal trainers.
- Analyse feedbacks received and come up with solutions to provide the best service to our customer.
- Analysis and interpretation of the data in order to keep improve the contents and strategy.
- Manage Operating Tasks on a daily basis.
- Work cross-functionally with the Brand and Marketing teams to complete support tasks.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Sports Management or related fields, if you have similar professional experience it should be great!
- Be passionate about the fitness world and have strong soft skills to be able to relate to different people on a daily basis.
- Excellent project management abilities, the capacity to multitask successfully and excellent communications skills.
- Capacity to collaborate across functional lines, working hard, being versatile and ready to adapt to changes or new activities.
- You have a good command of the Office package.
- English and Italian at a professional level is required.
- Spanish is a plus.
