We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager with focus to work with the world's best-known Game Publishers to drive and coordinate marketing initiatives with the Esports World Cup. In this role, you will ensure that marketing efforts are seamlessly aligned, effectively executed, and mutually beneficial for both the Esports World Cup and our partners. You will act as a key liaison, fostering strong relationships and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with the gaming community.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships or gaming industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, esports ecosystems, and player communities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with intercultural teams and diverse audiences
  • Excellent English copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in developing presentation materials and crafting comprehensive marketing plans
  • Demonstrated soft skills including:
    • Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Independence in managing responsibilities and projects
