Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Plan and execute brand activation campaigns at F1 race events, partner activations, and campaigns to enhance engagement
- Develop and manage fan engagement initiatives, including hospitality, on-site experiences, and digital interactions
- Oversee sponsorship and partner activations, ensuring strong brand alignment and impactful storytelling
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver creative and innovative brand experiences
- Analyze activation performance and optimize future campaigns based on insights and audience data
- Support the Commercial team with strategic planning and execution of global partner campaigns
- Work closely with the content and social media team to amplify activation efforts
- Develop playbooks and guidelines for consistent brand activation across regions
- Assist in coordinating event logistics and production for Audi F1 marketing initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and agencies
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, creative agency or sponsorship management, ideally for sports, automotive, or premium brands
- Proven track record in delivering high-impact fan and partner activations in a global environment
- Experience working with external agencies, partners, and rights holders to develop standout activations
- Deep understanding of F1, motorsport culture, and premium brand positioning
- Strong analytical mindset to measure campaign success and optimize activations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple activations simultaneously
- Proficiency in standard office software, CRM tools, and digital engagement platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media amplification strategies for event activations
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
