Main goalWe are looking for dynamic individuals to join the Guest Management & Protocol team. This unique opportunity will have you on-site at the stadium for up to 5 weeks implementing and delivering the VIP programme at a high level in accordance with the agreed guest experience concept and service levels.

Key responsibilities- Representing UEFA Guest Management & Protocol, ensuring the implementation of all UEFA protocol guidelines and procedures and managing the operational implementation and delivery of the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 VIP programme at venue level
- Ensuring that all staff are aware of the entire venue flow of VIP guests, official hospitality guests and any other target group flow that may be relevant
- Working closely with the hospitality, concessions and VIP managers to ensure that all VIP areas are set up and ready to welcome guests in accordance with VIP operational plans
- Liaising with other projects such as event transport to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Setting up the VIP seating area, ensuring that head rests are placed according to the latest seating plan approved by the VIPS project team at UEFA headquarters
- Delivering training and briefings to guest hosts and volunteers
- Attending protocol meetings the day before each match with representatives of the colleagues at UEFA headquarters, other participating teams, the host city and other protocol offices
- Overseeing all VIP access control points and VIP Welcome Zones, guaranteeing their functionality and troubleshooting when necessary
- Reporting on all operational information and procedures that could have an impact on the VIP areas, taking into consideration the impact to other areas belonging to different projects
RequirementsExperience:
- First experience in Events or Sport Management is a plus - we value the right mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow
Education:
- Bachelor in Hospitality, Events or Sport Management
