Meent is supporting the Fédération Française Sports pour Tous in recruiting its Administrative & Financial Director on a permanent contract.

Role

The Administrative & Financial Director is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the Federation.

They work closely with other departments to ensure financial health and efficient resource management.

Missions & Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Develop the annual budget in coordination with the Treasurer and various commissions.
  • Monitor budget execution, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective measures.
  • Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) in collaboration with the accountant and treasurer.
  • Implement financial dashboards to monitor the Federation's economic performance.
  • Oversee relationships with financial partners (banks, partners, public institutions).
  • Prepare grant application files and monitor their usage.
  • Manage the financial control of the Federation’s Center for Outdoor Activities (financial information, regulatory compliance, reporting to the CDN) in coordination with the Treasurer.

General Administration

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative services (accounting, human resources, general services).
  • Manage and control payroll, as well as personnel administration (contracts, training, social relations).
  • Monitor legal files, including disputes, agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Oversee purchasing and investment management in accordance with the Federation's policy.
  • Supervise tax issues and external audits.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (labor law, taxation, sports regulations, etc.).
  • Ensure transparency and good financial governance of the Federation.
  • Prepare documents for the Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings in collaboration with the General Secretary and administrative services.

Profile Requirements

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or management (Master’s in financial management, DSCG, MBA, etc.).
  • Significant experience of at least 8 years in a similar role, ideally within the non-profit or sports sector.
  • Good knowledge of tax law, social law, and accounting rules.
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting management tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong interest in the sports sector and sports values.

  • Contract type : Full-time permanent contract - Executive status - National Collective Agreement for Sport, Group 7 minimum
