Responsibilities:
Develop & Structure Business Intelligence Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive BI framework that promotes understanding of key business drivers through KPIs, market insights, and benchmarking studies.
Identify & Drive Data Utilization: Assess data needs across departments and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Support Departmental Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to design, implement, and standardize dashboards that align with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Analyse & Synthesize Data for Actionable Insights: Consolidate and interpret data to identify opportunities, uncover white space, and propose actionable initiatives to create business value.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with strategic, financial, and operational teams to provide data-driven insights that inform critical decision-making processes.
Optimize Resource Allocation: Assist in the efficient allocation of financial resources by providing fact-based analysis and strategic recommendations.
Develop Business Cases for Growth: Support with insights for new projects and innovations aimed at driving growth across different markets. This involves identifying potential opportunities, gathering market insights, prioritizing initiatives, and supporting post-implementation evaluations.
Standardize Reporting Processes: Lead the effort to standardize financial and business reporting processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization.
Manage External Research Collaborations: Oversee the organization, coordination, and management of market research, ensuring that insights align with business objectives.
