THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Support and educate football stakeholders worldwide on the use of regulatory systems in English, French and Spanish
- Provide phone support to TMS users during defined periods (during summer and winter registration periods)
- Process, dispatch and reply to inquiries related to the regulatory systems, including all functionalities embedded within TMS (transfers of players, process of Electronic Player Passport (EPP) and Clearing House, minors' registration, etc.)
- Process requests for account management, data correction and login issues
- Identifying and drafting canned responses and implementing process optimisations
- Collaborate with other teams and the FIFA Clearing House to provide accurate and complete answers to our stakeholders
- Support with the communication tasks of the FIFA Football Regulatory sub-division
- Support with any other tasks under the responsibility of the Education, Support and Communication team

- Languages: Fluency in English, Spanish and French.
