Main goal

The role combines TV production, editorial creation and content coordination responsibilities, providing a comprehensive experience of sports media and video production. The intern will help set up events, support the management of media assets and contribute to production processes and post-production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Editorial Content Services team with various aspects of TV production, including editorial and production management roles and processes
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks, and the management and organisation of UEFA’s internal media assets
  • Working with the Editorial Content Services post-production team to maintain a smooth project workflow
  • Performing various production management tasks, including logistics, project planning and staff bookings, as well as file conversions and footage research
  • Assisting with the set-up and coordination of the Club Content Forum and other events
  • Providing holiday cover for other team members, ensuring continuity in content coordination and across the department

Requirements

Experience:


  • Less than 1 year experience in a production or event role, including as an intern, would be an asset

Education:

  • Graduate or undergraduate in sports management, media studies, film production, digital arts or another related field (UEFA will also consider applicants with equivalent experience)

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

  • A passion for content creation and a desire to learn more about editing and post-production
  • Eagerness to learn and take the initiative in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Basic proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of different video formats, codecs and file management systems
  • Knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics software (e.g. Adobe After Effects) would be an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain high standards when working to tight deadlines and under pressure
