Topps International is looking for an Autograph and Relics Coordinator to work within the Production department based in Assago (MI). The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with the Production, Logistics and Finance departments coordinating all matters related to high-value and high-volume autograph and relics inventory. She/he will demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail, ensuring perfect coordination and control of incoming and outgoing goods movement records for inventory purposes. 

Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with Production, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient handling and quality control of items 
    • Prevent and monitor inventory discrepancies and ensure their orderly inventory 
    • Check the quality of the goods received and punctually fill in the reports for unsuitable goods 
    • Effectively monitor stock adjustments and transfers 
    • Comply with timely inventory reporting procedures and metrics 
    • Propose methods for optimizing current working methods 
    • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders 
    • Perform monthly inventory closes 
    • Coordinate accounting activities related to monthly physical inventory with subsequent physical/accounting alignment 
    • Compliance with company guidelines and procedures 

Skills and Experience Required

    • At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse controller or similar role in inventory management 
    • Good knowledge of English (both written and oral) 
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) 
    • Excellent communication, proactivity, ability to relate positively at all levels 
    • Knowledge of Oracle preferred  
    • Numeric, with an unrelenting attention to detail 
    • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work across multiple projects in a dynamic environment 
    • Goal oriented, problem solving and self-reliant, organizational, and analytical skills 
    • Facilitate the transmission of information and the sharing of knowledge 
    • Eager to learn and be challenged every day 
    • Feels comfortable working in a demanding environment
