As part of the Marketing department’s Data Analytics & Insights team, you’ll be a key driver of our focus on consumer-centric decisions. You will inform our lifecycle marketing management, integrated marketing activation and Go-To-Market by leveraging behavioral data, digital marketing data as well as generating consumer insight through research methods. You will work closely across functions to help build data-informed strategies, tactics and measure their impact, while encouraging a data-driven mindset within the company.

Do what you love:

• Responsible for leading strategic insight across consumer, brand and market to support data-driven decisions in marketing strategy and inform the Go-To-Market Timelines
• Work with the team to implement a KPI Framework to guide our Digital Marketing tactics and improve ROI
• Analyze CRM & CDXP data to generate insights around consumer behavior, value and loyalty to shape consumer journey and loyalty programs
• Develop the global company insight platform providing the business with efficient access to insight
• Manages existing and establishes new relationships with external research and data analytics partners
• Work with leadership and strategy team to define KPIs for consumer, competitor and market insight processes and projects, ensuring that these are well defined, tracked and clearly communicated

Play to your strengths:

• Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Informatics, Data Science, Statistic or Mathematics with a proven track record of making an impact with data
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
• Experience supporting Digital Marketing Teams with customer analytics to drive actions and initiatives (f.e. CRM, Google, Facebook, Amazon data)
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel, SQL/Python and PowerBI
• Experience managing research projects with external partners
• A self-driven and excellent problem solver with strong communication/presentation skills and a entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoys coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment
• Fluent in English and German
• A strong team player with passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
