Main goal:

The Ticketing Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of tasks relating to ticket sales for several target groups, namely sponsors, broadcasters, national associations, clubs, etc. for the events operated by UEFA's ticketing team, which include UEFA EURO 2024 as well as the UEFA club competition finals, the UEFA Super Cup and the UEFA Nations League finals. The role requires strong administrative, communication and coordination skills.



Key responsibilities:

- Support the ticketing account management team in coordinating and prioritising the workload, adhering to agreed timelines and processes
- Liaise with other teams within UEFA's ticketing service to coordinate the sales and post sales processes
- Drafting of communications and presentations in relation to ticket sales
- Providing support to the various target groups during the sales window
- Running back-office operations such as ticket sales, invoicing, payment processing
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that stakeholders may have in relation to the ticketing platforms
- Creating and executing test cases relating to the online ticket sales processes and online platforms
- Assisting the sales team in any ticketing-related matter throughout the season
- Any ad-hoc tasks within the ticketing service


Profile:

Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / Experience in ticketing for sport events, online sales or project coordination roles in any relevant area.

Education:
- Bachelor's Management, business administration, sports management or other relevant area

Languages:
- English / Proficient
