THE ROLE

On Location is looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to contribute to the organization's Olympic marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in an international marketing team before. The candidate will be responsible for finding and managing high value marketing partnerships for the hosting of the Olympic Games.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

●   Identify high-potential marketing partnership opportunities across the globe, including but not limited to media publishers, events and exhibitions, sports groups and corporations.

●   Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.

●  Brief potential and existing partners and challenge them to provide innovative responses to Olympic hospitality needs..

●   Evaluate proposals and pitch strong candidates to corporate, sales and marketing leaders for f ensure that the conditions are favorable and in line with the needs of On Location and its Olympic partners.

●   Negotiate the best value for each partnership and ensure that the conditions are favorable and in line with the needs of On Location and its Olympic partners.

●   Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance to ensure all partnerships contribute meaningfully to the achievement of business objectives.

●  Manage the end-to-end project of all marketing partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, external teams and our Olympic partners as necessary.

●  Learn key lessons from current partnerships to continuously strengthen our partnership program.

TRAVEL

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel may range from 10-15% annually.

REQUIREMENTS

●    Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred ;

●    Proven success in implementing marketing partnership programs with high return on investment ;

●    business sense ;

●    Experience in large-scale events in sporting environment is a plus, especially among professionals in the sector, or B2B ;

●    Fluent in French and English are required. Other languages encouraged  ;

●    Experience in Microsoft office (PPT, Word, Excel, etc…) required ;

●   Excellent time management, organizational skills ;

●    You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and you know how to handle pressure ;

●    Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills ;

●    Self-motivated, resourceful, and directed, requiring minimal supervision ;

●    Punctuality, professional ethics, commitment, motivation and energy characterize you.
