Job description: 


Global Campaign Management for SCOTT (bike, wintersports and running divisions), Syncros and Bold Cycles 
  • Plan, coordinate and implement campaigns across channels, aligned to our Go-To-Market strategies
  • Create and maintain the annual campaign calendar in close collaboration with Marketing Leads
  • Plan and oversee campaign distribution budgets
  • Create campaign concepts in collaboration with marketing teams and channel specialists
  • Validate campaign briefings of internal teams, create campaign distribution briefings for local marketers
  • Secure brand messaging across campaigns, and brand campaign consistency across channels
  • Educate local marketing teams in our global distribution network about campaign goals and strategies 


Social Media, Community Management, Digital Ads Management, B2C-Newsletter Management 
  • Define strategies together with the Social Media team, plan budgets for digital ads spendings
  • Create ad briefings in collaboration with product marketing teams and channel specialists 
  • Manage creative ad assets on our campaign management platform
  • Initiate brand, storytelling, and product focused B2C email marketing strategies
  • Create newsletter content in collaboration with product marketing teams 


Website Content Management 
  • Manage impactful digital launches based on our omni-channel approach, aligned with the brand calendar, in order to deliver full brand experience and brand presence 
  • Coordinate and manage website updates between product marketing and digital teams, such as categorization, filtering, merchandising, PLPs.
  • Coordinate and brief web publishing together with product marketing teams
  • Manage the editorial website agenda setting, this includes both marketing and storytelling pages

Profile description:

Knowledge, Experience and Expertise to be successful: 
  • Education in campaign or digital marketing or a related field and 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient understanding of the customer journey and campaign marketing principles
  • Highly organized and good communicator
  • Know-how of the bike and outdoor sports market, sport communities, and passion for the sport
  • Fluent business English
