The Manager, Global Partnerships (East) will be an integral member of the Legends Global Partnerships Team, based out of our Corporate East office in New York, NY.
The Manager will be responsible for working with active East Region property partners, as well as participating in business development initiatives, preparing sales collateral, leading research and prospecting projects, and other duties, as assigned.
The Manager, Global Partnerships will report to the Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships (East), while working alongside additional key leadership personnel within the division and across the company.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in planning, creating, managing, and executing partnership pitch presentations, proposals, business reviews, progress reports, and deal points summaries for current and prospective clientele
  • Responsible for producing sponsorship category analyses work, brand/executive briefs, target/prospect lead lists and property/project weekly tracking reports
  • Experience developing go-to-market brand story decks and other necessary marketing collateral to assist in new property onboarding and active sales efforts
  • Work alongside Legends Data & Analytics and CSL Valuation teams to create division efficiencies, while leading the development of key data, analytics and insights sales platforms and reports
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other touchpoints across multiple active sales processes
  • Manage sales outreach campaigns in coordination with internal and third party vendors and logistics companies
  • Direct planning and hosting initiatives for select internal and external events
  • Manage deal sheets, financial projections, inventory management and project calendars for key clients
  • Network and build relationships with key personnel at top agencies, brands, vendors, and sports & entertainment properties
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 6 years of experience in sports/entertainment (or similar), with specifically 3+ years of experience working directly in sponsorship/corporate partnerships
  • Familiarity with the sponsorship sales process and demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on driving tasks to completion and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong research and business acumen, including familiarity with key business sectors, M&A activity and emerging brands
  • Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects while prioritizing efficiently
  • Creative mindset and storytelling capabilities, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building presentation decks in Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Services, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive. Experience in Photoshop and/or InDesign is a plus
  • Experience working with data systems, specifically CRM, to drive value and efficiency across the business
  • Possess an optimistic team-first attitude and competitive desire to be the best
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work both independently and in team settings
  • Ability to work flexible hours on projects that exist across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to travel as needed
