Overview of the Job:

Focus on Nike skate team building and restore Nike skate market. Maintain the relationships with Universities’ sponsorship and bridge the university communities with NIKE brand. Serve and sign more Olympic and paralympic female medal hopeful.


Reporting Line:

DIRECTOR, RUNNING & SPORT PERF, SPORTS MARKETING


Key Partnership:

  • 8 Nike sponsored universities
  • Nike SB skaters and team
  • Nike sponsored Olympic and paralympic female athletes 


Job Responsibility:

  • To build strong network in skate. To assistant brand team and Merch team to restore Nike SB team
  • To maintain the relationship with 8 contracted universities and bridge the university community to Nike brand
  • Service brand and business to leverage female Olympic female athletes
  • Sign more female medal hopeful athletes across category 


Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Strong Passion about sports and uncompromising integrity
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and always take initiative
  • Solid understanding about Nike brand and Nike Sports Marketing
  • Proficient in keynote, Excel and Word, excellent presentation skills, and has a natural inclination towards technology
  • Proven communication and orientation based in critical thinking, problem solving skills, especially under multi-tasking pressure. Ability to manage change
  • Very good at time management and flexible for frequent travelling 


Experience Required (Soft skills):

  • Solid sports industry knowledge and at least 5 years+ Sports Marketing or Sports Management working experiences in leading industry entity is preferred
  • Client service oriented or sports agent related working area career background preferred
  • Beijing based preferred
  • Athlete background preferred
