Pixellot, the largest automated sports production company in the world, broadcasting over 1 million games a year while producing 100,000 games a month within 67 countries, is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the sales organization, to source and recruit the best marketing partners and open develop new opportunities with current partners.

This position is based in our headquarters in Petah Tikva.

In this role, you will report directly to the AVP of Business Development and collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth in the youth and grassroots vertical through creating long-term partnerships in multiple territories worldwide.

This exciting role will be at the forefront of one of Pixellot’s most important growth initiatives.


As part of your role, you will:

  • Continuously source and recruit distribution partners and marketing referrals throughout multiple territories
  • Lead the overall development and growth of this channel under set guidelines and KPIs
  • Close distribution deals for marketers of the Pixellot youth products
  • Be in contact with the regional sales managers to operate and monitor the activity
  • Define and, along with regional sales managers, carry out a strategy to retain partners and constantly increase their sales activity
  • Build and manage communications and campaigns with partners
  • Update management team with weekly reports for a recruitment activity, partners activity, actions taken, and growth plans


You should bring with you:

  • A vast network and experience in partnerships/business development in the sports industry
  • Experience in partnerships management and outbound sourcing of partners in the sports industry
  • Deep understanding of the always-evolving sports-tech industry
  • A persistent can-do attitude
  • Highly goal-driven
  • The most important thing… a passion for sports and influencing the development of technology in youth sports


Other things that would be nice to have:

  • Knowledge and experience in working with CRM systems
  • Experience using marketing tools for outbound reach
  • Knowledge and participation in online forums in the sports-tech space
  • Continuously learning about growth, building, and optimizing things
  • Curious, self-driven, team-oriented, and has the willingness to do what’s necessary to help drive the rapid growth of Pixellot’s most important growth initiative
