We’re looking for a Manager to join the Women’s team in Global Consumer Direct Marketing at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
This role is focused on Team & Organized Sports, including the sport dimensions of Basketball & Global Football, with the potential to flex across other sport dimensions (e.g., running, fitness, yoga, dance etc.) based on seasonal priorities. You will help define and drive the marketing plan against priority seasonal initiatives across the full ecosystem of paid, owned and earned channels inclusive of direct digital, retail and connected partners and new paid media partnerships.
As part of the Consumer Direct Marketing Women’s team, you will support the definition of the Strategy (outcomes and member journey across the ecosystem), Offers (“what” is being marketed in each campaign) and scope based on budget to achieve specific brand engagement and business outcomes on behalf of the Women’s business and in service to the athlete*.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and connection to the culture and sport of Basketball and /or Global Football, including key sport moments (e.g., World Cup, Champions League, WNMA, Final Four, Olympics etc.) and a strong understanding of the women consumer and how she engages with the brand inside and outside of Nike channels, as well as a passion and commitment for increasing gender equity through sport.

In this role, you will create, drive and manage end-to-end marketing content & journey briefs and program for the athlete*, building marketing plans around the unique needs of women consumers to build a resilient love of sport for her and enhance awareness & progress towards Nike’s Gender in Sports Commitments.
You’ll partner with Women’s Brand Management and Brand Defining, Purpose, Athletes to translate brand concepts into marketing strategy and drive integrated marketing plans broad of marketing strategy, consumer journeys and execution planning across direct digital, retail and connected partners and new paid media partnerships.
You will then work cross-functionally to bring integrated marketing plans to life partnering with the Consumer Direct Creative Studio, Consumer Science & Insights for analytics and measurement and Geos to meet adoption and publishing KPIs across strategy and content.

You’ll work alongside the Women’s Consumer Direct Marketing team building seasonal briefs in partnership with the Nike Consumer Construct on behalf of the Women’s business and in service of our Geography teams and the athlete*.
