Having announced an agreement in April 2022, we will support the successful delivery of the new FIFA+ OTT Service, playing a key role in supporting the production, delivery, and distribution of live content on FIFA+, and helping support the creation of commercial opportunities.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Manager (French-speaking) who will be responsible for the successful delivery of live football content, and manage the day-to-day account management of football competitions’ organisers and rights holders, production companies and other stakeholders. The successful Account Managers will be based in the Netherlands or work remotely, and report to ELEVEN’s Head of Content Operations.

What you'll do

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with the partners and stakeholders, in order to guarantee the successful implementation of live streaming projects of sub-premium and long-tail football content.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of strategic partnerships in the assigned regions and the main point of contact for local project managers, football competitions organisers and rights holders, production companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with local project managers and/or ELEVEN Head of Production to identify production companies and/or freelancers who will be responsible for the production of live streams.
  • Prepare an implementation plan and organise project implementation workshops (either on-site or remote) to align with the project manager and/or ELEVEN Head of Production, onboard the production companies, understand the content plan, and coordinate the project’s implementation.
  • Regularly coordinate with the local project managers to understand the needs and challenges of each football content partner. Provide feedback to ELEVEN’s tech and business teams and identify gaps, opportunities, and ways to help partners reach their objectives.
  • Communicate with ELEVEN’s Support team to receive technical feedback on the delivery of live football content, and share feedback with the respective stakeholders.


You're a great candidate if you have

  • 2-3 years experience in account management, commercial partnerships management and/or sport media/broadcasting.
  • Strong understanding of the football and media landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken French and English. Other languages are a strong plus.
  • Substantial familiarity with digital technology and internet-based environments.


And even better if you have

  • Proven track record of working with sports governing bodies in Africa and/or French overseas territories.
  • Hands-on project management experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to track, measure and optimise multi-disciplinary operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects successfully within time, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to respond to changing demands and priorities in a flexible manner in a globally operating business.
  • Capacity to think outside the box and propose customised solutions.
  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
