REMIT: Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, the Ticketing Executive will be responsible for helping deliver a first-class customer experience for supporters interacting with Saints’ ticketing department.

• Manage the ticketing system at a high level to support the wider ticketing team
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service at all times and to ensure all customer
enquiries are responded to appropriately and on time
• Ensure that all Ticket Office and Season Ticket enquiries are prioritised and responded to
• Sell and promote with enthusiasm all events on sale at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens,
maintaining a high level of customer service
• Make outbound sales calls to supporters regarding match tickets, season tickets and any other
call-related tasks
• Acquire and maintain relationships to proactively sell group sale match tickets
• Efficiently manage both internal and external ticket requests, managing the expectations of
Northampton Saints and league wide sponsors
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Northampton Saints, cinch Stadium at Franklin’s
Gardens, and all ticketed events on sale
• Support the Ticketing Manager with daily sales reports
• Ensure that all supporters and stakeholders have received their tickets in time for each event
• Attend regular meetings with the Head of Marketing & Ticketing and Ticketing Manager
• Work in line with all Saints marketing and communications plans
• Ensure the Box Office is prepped and set up to a high standard to be able to offer a great
customer experience on matchdays and throughout the week

The ideal candidate must:
• Be a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual that always looks to deliver beyond expectations
• Be available to work on matchdays and extra hours during busy periods
• Be efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be IT literate and have some experience using different software, particularly excel
• Be professional and well presented
• Be a team player, but also happy to work alone
• Be able to communicate with people at all levels on the phone, face-to-face and via email
• Be able to manage your time effectively
• Be able to prioritise tasks
• Have customer service experience
• Ideally have experience of working with ticketing systems
