As Sr. Manager, Esports Partnerships Marketing, you will guide the strategy and execution of partner marketing initiatives across our esports ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Esports, you will collaborate with our Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to create integrated programs that amplify fan experiences and deliver measurable value. You will help us shape the future of esports partnerships, ensuring our activations are creative, impactful, and recognized for their excellence.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the development and execution of partner marketing strategies, translating agreements into integrated activations across broadcast, live events, digital, and in-game experiences for our esports programs.
  • You will collaborate with our Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to improve partner programs, bringing forward insights from activation performance and audience engagement to inform future opportunities.
  • You will serve as the primary marketing lead for partner teams, guiding best practices for engaging esports audiences and managing activation workstreams including timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • You will define and track KPIs for partner marketing programs, deliver post-campaign reporting, and provide clear recommendations to improve future activations and inform broader partnership strategy.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships marketing, or integrated brand campaigns, with hands-on experience in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment.
  • Experience developing and executing co-branded campaigns or partner activations that deliver measurable value and fan-first experiences across multiple channels.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and presenting insights to partners, including recommendations for improving activations.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization, collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver integrated programs.

Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES
  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
