Reporting to the General Manager, Sydney Thunder in this role you will:- Be responsible for growing Sydney Thunder’s fanbase and deepening community connection through engagement programs
- Convert participation into fandom and fandom into participation
- Deliver measurable outcomes across acquisition, attendance, sentiment and community cricket impact
- Deliver events and activations on both WBBL and BBL match days along with a “365-focus” to inspire everyone to play and love cricket
- Lead the Sydney Thunder’s South Asian Engagement initiatives
ABOUT YOU- Previous experience in fan engagement or events
- Passion for attracting kids and families to sport
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours during cricket season
