For our location in Kennelbach/Bregenz, we are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER TENNIS RACQUETS (m/f/d)
TASKS
- Management of the entire product life cycle for the tennis racquet assortment, from conception and briefing internal stakeholders to the market launch
- In-depth engagement with customer needs; translating market insights, consumer trends, and technical specifications into functional products
- Product responsibility throughout the entire product life cycle, including monitoring costs and contributing to budgeting and pricing
- Responsible person and central point of contact for all product-relevant data
- Target-audience-appropriate communication and collaboration with R&D, Design, Advertising, Purchasing, international sales companies, and suppliers in Asia
- Creating and delivering product presentations to an international audience, both internally and externally
- Building sound market knowledge through benchmarks and analyses
- Supporting the Business Manager for Tennis in all relevant activities
PROFILE
- Completed degree in Business Administration/Sports Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the sporting goods industry or a similar environment
- A good level of tennis player with an understanding of the market and technical knowledge of tennis racquets, such as swing weight, balance, and stiffness
- Business-fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and strong presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the necessary implementation skills to successfully complete projects
- Solid experience in handling briefings
- Excellent communication skills for motivating collaboration in an intercultural context and a sense of diplomacy
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
