Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by developing and executing impactful marketing activations that bring the ASICS brand to life across the Benelux market. You'll translate regional marketing & PR priorities into locally relevant campaigns, events, and partnerships that strengthen our market presence and build lasting brand preference amongst consumers.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Develop and execute integrated PR, event, and activation plans that align with EMEA focus areas to strengthen ASICS' market presence in the Benelux region.
• Own the end-to-end execution of local events and activation campaigns, ensuring impactful delivery of marketing stories across multiple channels.
• Manage relationships with local partners including PR agencies, event organisers such as the NN Marathon Rotterdam, media partners, and influencers.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Digital, PR, Sports Marketing, Media, Trade Marketing, and Brand Training to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Manage the local activation budget with monthly tracking and provide comprehensive ROI reporting to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations and performance tracking to measure success and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Translate EMEA marketing priorities into locally relevant activations that drive brand preference and resonate with the Benelux market.

You Have The Following Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Integrated marketing activation and digital marketing expertise.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in Dutch and English
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
