Meent is assisting Sportfive in the recruitment of its Sponsorship Sales Manager on a permanent contract.

Role
The Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for selling SPORTFIVE EMEA’s entire sponsorship assets.
Missions & Responsibilities
The Sponsorship Sales Manager's key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the commercial prospecting strategy for the assigned sector;
- Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers;
- Understanding clients’ and prospects’ needs and scheduling meetings accordingly;
- Mastering SPORTFIVE EMEA’s sponsorship offerings and assets;
- Preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with the marketing team;
- Presenting and selling sponsorship solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts;
- Advising advertisers on their sports communication strategies;
- Managing client relationships, including attending professional meetings and supporting clients on match days.
Profile Requirements
- With a degree in business or a related field, you ideally have a proven and successful sales experience (+2 years), preferably in the sports industry, giving you a strong understanding of our challenges and the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders;
- A true challenger, you have the ability to drive growth and exceed targets. Your interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and team spirit are key assets for succeeding in this strategic role for the agency’s development;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence;
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
- Analytical and strategic thinking – flexibility;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives;
