									FLERA is recruiting a Development and Training Officer
FLERA is looking for a Development and Training Officer to complete its team in charge of leading and structuring the development strategy for climbing in Luxembourg, as well as coordinating and strengthening the federation's training offer.  
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Job Title: Development and Training Officer 
 - Status: Part-time employee (20 hours/week)
 - Reporting to: Manager 
 
 
JOB CONDITIONS
- Usual workplace: Maison des Sports - 3, route d'Arlon L-8009 Strassen, teleworking possible 
 - Contract type: Permanent contract - immediate or future start date 
 
 
MAIN DUTIES
- Develop and coordinate the climbing development strategy across the entire Luxembourg territory 
 - Develop and implement FLERA's LTAD concepts in cooperation with INAPS 
 - Design, implement and monitor initial and continuing training programs 
 - In collaboration with the manager, identify the needs of the clubs, establish an inventory of practices, and propose an action plan to promote the growth and structuring of the associative offer. 
 - Represent FLERA at institutional meetings, national working groups, federal commissions and at events related to the development of sport, training, and any event and meeting organised by the federation. 
 - To ensure monitoring and pedagogical innovation, by integrating the best national and international practices in sports development and training. 
 - Evaluate and ensure reporting of development and training schemes, proposing areas for improvement and new projects to the federal governance. 
 - Participate in communication around training and development activities (newsletters, web materials and social networks, promotion of stakeholders and outcomes). 
 
PROFILE SOUGHT
- University degree (BAC+3/+5) in the field of sport, education, organizational management or equivalent. 
 - Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, English 
 - Good knowledge of the Luxembourg climbing scene 
 - Experience in project coordination, training, or federal development, ideally in the non-profit or sports sector 
 - Strong organizational, teaching and interpersonal skills. 
 - Proficiency in digital tools (office software, collaborative platforms, project management tools) and excellent writing skills. 
 - Driving licence B and mobility preferred.
