Company Description
The Organising Committee for the French Alps 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is responsible for the organisation of the Olympic Games (from 1 to 17 February 2030) and the Paralympic Games (from 1 to 10 March 2030). 
The project envisions the competitions being organized across 4 hubs located respectively: 
- In Nice in the Alpes Maritimes (ice sports); 
 - In the Briançonnais region in the Hautes Alpes (acrobatic skiing and snowboarding); 
 - In the Tarentaise valley in Savoie (alpine skiing, bobsleigh/sled/skeleton, Nordic combined); 
 - And in the Aravis mountain range in Haute Savoie (biathlon and cross-country skiing). 
 
 
The French Alps 2030 Organising Committee will notably be responsible for planning, financing and delivering the Games and associated events, promoting them in France and internationally, and carrying out actions to promote and develop sport and the Olympic and Paralympic movement in France and internationally, in connection with the national sports movement. 
With the aim of building cohesive, high-performing and committed teams, the Committee is looking for talented individuals, and in particular its  Communication Project Manager.
Job
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the project manager assists him/her in his/her daily tasks and in the coordination of the communications team: planning and preparation of meetings, appointments, tools, presentations, etc.
He also provides operational support to the entire communications team in the implementation of key moments of the COJOP (announcements, bodies, events, speeches, etc.).
He also contributes to the team's daily tasks: media and social media monitoring, content production, strategic thinking and tactical arrangements. 
Main tasks: 
- Participation in the Communication team's steering committees (weekly worklists) 
 - Assist the Communications Director in their daily tasks: planning and preparing meetings and appointments, sharing meeting minutes, and monitoring the budget.
 - Coordination of the communications team: monitoring and updating the action tracking schedule 
 - Operational support for the communications team in the implementation of key COJP events (announcements, meetings, events, speeches, etc.) 
 - Contribution to media and social media monitoring missions 
 - Contribution to the production of reports (actions carried out and results obtained)  
 - Contribution to the daily tasks of the social media team, according to needs: content production, strategic thinking and tactical arrangements, etc. 
 
Profile
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in communications
 - Master's degree in communication / IEP / Business school 
 
Professional skills
- Written and oral communication: excellent writing skills, adapting tone and style according to the media (institutional, digital, event-related).
 - Organization and coordination: planning meetings, monitoring schedules, managing several simultaneous projects.
 - Project management/team coordination: monitoring the actions of the communication team, preparing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
 - Media and social media monitoring: ability to follow current events and identify trends
 - Content production: writing texts, helping to prepare materials, presentations, posts, notes, etc.
 - Analysis and reporting: contribution to the measurement of actions (results, balance sheets, performance indicators).
 - Proficiency in professional English: comprehension and written/oral expression.
