
The Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) is the National Olympic Committee (NOC) that represents the Olympic Movement and its values in Belgium. Like the 205 other NOCs, the BOIC is recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
To support the Elite sports domain, we are looking with start on April 1, 2026, for a Junior High Performance Manager (full-time)
What is your profile?
- Demonstrable experience in a high performance management environment.
- Master's degree in "physical education and exercise science" with the profile "elite sport" or equivalent.
- High-level certificate/licence in a specific sport.
- Excellent communication and lateral leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT, data models and AI.
* French or Dutch C2. Knowledge of other language level C1 cfr Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). English: level B2 CEFR.
Your duties :
- Responsible for liaising with various federations at the level of top-level sport.
- Analysing the performance and results of Belgian athletes in the international context in a holistic way based on facts and figures and making recommendations.
- Analyse the international context within Olympic sports and disciplines, with the aim of strengthening Belgian top-level sports programmes and identifying opportunities in line with Team Belgium's ambition and mission.
- Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate and contribute to interdisciplinary projects to ensure timely delivery and excellence.
- Advise and work closely with technical directors in their work.
- Advise and work closely with top sports partners (ADEPS, Sport Vlaanderen, Ostbelgien, BeGold,.....) in their work to realise Team Belgium's ambition.
- Manage and contribute in high-quality initiatives within your domain.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of best principles and performance-enhancing systems.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the organisation.
