About You First:

You First is a global talent and marketing agency specializing in sports and entertainment. We work with some of the most prominent figures in the sports world and create innovative content that connects with global audiences. We are looking for a Video Editor passionate about sports and social media, with a creative eye and a special sensitivity for telling high-impact visual stories.

Responsibilities:

• Edit videos tailored to different social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative audiovisual pieces.
• Select and edit archive material, sports highlights, and original recordings.
• Incorporate graphics, subtitles, visual effects, and music to enhance the message of the content.
• Ensure content aligns with current social media trends and the visual language of each platform.
• Manage deliveries within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience editing content for social media, preferably in the sports industry.
• Advanced proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of formats, trends, and best practices on social media.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to constructive feedback.
• Passion for sports and understanding of the visual language and storytelling of this industry.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in creating motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography.
• Previous experience working with sports brands, athletes, or industry events.
