
Reporting directly to the Director of Sustainability for Trivandi’s delivery, the Accessibility & Inclusion Manager will lead the development and implementation of an inclusive accessibility strategy for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. This role ensures that every venue, service, and digital platform is designed and delivered to be inclusive and welcoming to people with disabilities and other access needs—including athletes, spectators, staff, and volunteers.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Games departments, venue operators, local authorities, and disability organisations to set and uphold best-in-class accessibility standards.
This role requires an experienced professional, ideally with past Games, events and/or sporting event experience, alongside a commitment to delivering a world-class visitor experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working arrangements
The role will commence in the Organising Company’s Glasgow city centre office, with visits required to competition venues to fully deliver the responsibilities of the role. The location for the role will transition to be based at a competition venue as we approach the Games.
The role will be contracted for 40 hours per week, with requirements to be in the office aligned to the Organising Company's planned working pattern. All travel to your place of work will be at your own cost. During the Games operational period, shift patterns are likely to be required which could include weekends.
