As a Promotion and Events Intern, you will support the development, promotion and events activities of the Foundation, and more specifically the Olympic Museum.
Main responsibilities
Promotion
- Supports the implementation of all promotional activities for the Olympic Museum on traditional and digital channels for the general public (promotion plans, coordination, production and reporting);
- Monitors the production of print and digital promotional material, checks compliance with the graphic charter and organizes the distribution of promotional material (BAT control, implementation, logistics monitoring).
- Participates in sales actions in the tourism and leisure market and contributes to customer follow-up;
- Supports the Promotion Manager in monitoring external requests and in the proper administrative functioning of the section;
Event
- Provides operational support to cultural events, organized by Cultural Events Project Managers.
- Participates in the production of cultural events before and on site during the events
- Actively participate in the planning and coordination of Olympic Week 2025.
- Ensures the planning and coordination of volunteers for Olympic Week.
- Participates in the design and production monitoring of promotional products and content and signage material for cultural events.
Our requirements
- HEG training (tourism, hotel sector) or in Communication / Marketing;
- Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English. Fluency in German is an asset.
- Ease of communication; ease and clarity of oral and written expression in French and English.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Teams and SharePoint);
- Comfortable working in a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and databases.
- Speed and reliability.
- Sense of organization and planning.
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems pragmatically and independently.
- Ability to research, analyze and format information.
- Interest in sport, culture and Olympism.
- Flexible schedules and flexibility.
- The section's activity requires the recording of working hours through the stamping and planning process.
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness.
