About the FFT

The FFT, an approved sports federation, organizes and manages the activities of French professional tennis in accordance with current legislation and its statutes. It is responsible, by ministerial delegation, for promoting, organizing, and developing tennis in France, uniting and supporting affiliated clubs, and coordinating their activities. It also ensures the representation of France through the participation of French teams in international events such as the Davis Cup, the Billie Jean King Cup, and the Olympic Games, as well as through the organization of major tournaments. 

In this regard, the FFT is the official organizer of Roland-Garros and the Rolex Paris Masters and, as such, holds all the exploitation rights relating to them.

Job Description

Internship position available from January 2026 for a period of 6 months.

Within the Partnership Sales Department and reporting to the Partnership Activations Managers, you will assist the entire Activations and Servicing department in the daily management of the various partner accounts.


Your missions will be as follows:

  • Ensure, under the supervision of one or more experienced Activation Managers and the Activations and Servicing Manager, the correct delivery of the various rights included in the contracts.
  • Assist the Partnership Activation and Servicing Managers in the management and cross-functional management of the activity (agenda, meeting minutes, etc.).
  • Participate in the definition, validation, monitoring and implementation of partner activation operations in connection with Roland-Garros 2025.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects as needed (newsletters, schedules, invitations, etc.)
  • Assist account managers in managing cross-functional issues such as ticketing, accreditations, inclusion in publications, etc.
  • Participate in monitoring and benchmarking sponsorship activities and activations in other sports and in other territories to continually improve the service provided to partners.

Training/Experience:

  • Master 2 training from business school or equivalent
  • First experience in sport (rights holder, agency, advertiser) and particularly in marketing activation appreciated
