We are looking for a

Working Student Customer Service & User Research (m/f/d)

Cologne, from November 2025, up to 20 hours. During semester breaks, up to 40 hours are possible by arrangement. We offer a hybrid working approach: in-office work is welcome, combined with the option to work remotely if it suits you and your role.


Your tasks

  • Independent processing of user tickets related to the DFL and Bundesliga – with a focus on our digital products (e.g. Bundesliga App, Fantasy Manager)
  • Responsibility in operational customer service as the first point of contact for our users
  • Actively questioning and further developing processes in customer service
  • Use of AI tools to answer inquiries in the best possible way and prepare insights in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
  • Participation in the evaluation of user feedback (e.g. App Store reviews, surveys)
  • Support in user research: planning, conducting and evaluating surveys, interviews and usability tests
  • Assistance in documenting and preparing user insights for our product and design teams


This is what you bring with you

  • Ongoing studies, ideally in the field of economics, communication, psychology, sports or similar
  • Enjoyment of direct contact with users and enthusiasm for digital products
  • Very good written expression (German and English)
  • Analytical thinking and structured working methods
  • Openness to AI-supported work and digital methods
