We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Sports Area at the Juventus Training Center Continassa. This role offers cross-functional support across various departments, ensuring efficient documentation management, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Competition Support

  • Manage ticketing and accreditations for First Team matches, based on reciprocity agreements.
  • Request authorizations and submit referee teams for friendly matches (First Team and youth teams).
  • Handle communications with other clubs regarding sports competitions.


Back Office

  • Monitor and sort emails for team mailboxes.
  • Maintain and organize the document archive.
  • Track regulatory updates and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Enter and update data in the JAS management system.
  • Assist with insurance coverage activation.
  • Compile documentation and send annual reports on payments to sports agents, in coordination with Sport Secretaries.
  • Manage player documentation (e.g., residence permits, passports).


First Team Sport Secretary Support

  • Assist with transfers, registrations, and contracts for First Team players and coaches.
  • Support international transfers via the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS).
  • Monitor disciplinary status of First Team members.
  • Manage FIFA Solidarity Contribution and Training Compensation processes.


Personal Assistant to Sporting Directors

  • Organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage communications and documentation on behalf of Sporting Directors, ensuring discretion and efficiency.

 

What Are We Searching For


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a sports organization.


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of national and international football regulations.
  • Proficiency in JAS systems, FIFA TMS, and Lega/FIGC portals.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficency in Italian is mandatory

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
